Shipping Policy

2. Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free for orders over $300. For orders under $300, a flat rate of $15 will be charged for domestic orders, and $35 for international orders.
3. Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
4. Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
5. Delays: Bungalow Market is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time.

Returns Policy

1. Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
5. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, send us an email at contact@1bungalow.com.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
