Shipping Policy
- Shipping Locations: We ship both domestically and internationally. Additional charges may apply for international shipping.
- Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free for orders over $300. For orders under $300, a Shopify estimate will be charged for orders.
- Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
- Delays: Bungalow Market LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time.
Returns Policy
Items in their original condition may be returned for a refund. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order at your convenience.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original packaging and tags attached. If a returned item does not meet these conditions, Bungalow reserves the right to reject the return.
To request a return, please contact aadi@bungalowterra.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with a Return Approval Code and a prepaid DHL return shipping label.
Returned items must be packed in the original packaging in which they were received. Oversized or improperly packed parcels may incur additional shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
When returning your parcel through DHL, you may either drop it off at an eligible DHL location or arrange a pickup using the return instructions provided to you.
Items must be shipped within 5 days of the return being initiated using the shipping label provided by Bungalow.
Once your return has been received, the item will be inspected to confirm that it meets our return conditions. Once approved, a refund will be issued for the value of the returned item.
All returns are subject to a flat USD $40 return shipping fee, in addition to a 7% processing fee per item returned. The processing fee is a contribution toward duties, taxes, and associated costs incurred on the original order. These fees will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
